BZCP, Pinheiro Neto, Machado Meyer in the largest deal in the history of B3

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri e Potenza Advogados, Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Machado Meyer Advogados and other firms acted in the largest deal in B3’s history

B3 announced the acquisition of Neoway, one of the largest ‘big data analytics’ platforms in Brazil, with more than 500 clients in different sectors.

This is the largest deal in B3’s history since the merger with Cetip in 2017.

The transaction has not yet gone through B3’s shareholders’ meeting and is pending approval by CADE and CVM.

Bank of America advised Neoway. Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri and Potenza Advogados, which included partner Pedro Chueiri (pictured left) and associates Raphael Chamma and Rafael Lutti advised Neoway, together with the law firm Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados.

Citigroup advised B3. B3 worked with Pinheiro Neto Advogados, which included partners Eduardo Paoliello (pictured top center) and João Marcelo Pacheco (pictured top right).

Machado Meyer advised Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited with partners Guilherme Malouf (pictured bottom center) and Fernando Tonanni (pictured bottom right) and lawyers Paulo Henrique Carvalho Pinto, Antonio Augusto Colucci Miranda.

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP also participated on this deal.
