Machado Meyer Advogados advised Accenture on a social joint venture with Rede Asta

Machado Meyer advised Accenture in the drafting and negotiation of a social joint venture agreement between Accenture and Rede Asta to enable Rede Asta to manage and operate the “Pertinho de Casa” platform developed by Accenture, which connects small businesses to consumers.

During the pandemic, the “Pertinho de Casa” platform benefited 11,000 small businesses, boosting fair trade and solidarity economy of the network of 1,300 craftswomen and 84 productive groups.
