Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised RCH Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters in the 1st issuance of 200,000 debentures of RCH Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A., in the total amount of BRL 200,000,000.

The offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476. Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. acted as the lead underwriter in this issue.
