WM&T and Lefosse act in debentures issue of Unipar
Wielewicki, Maia & Trovo Advogados and Lefosse Advogados acted in the debentures issue of Unipar Carbocloro S.A.
WM&T Advogados advised Unipar Carbocloro S.A. on its 7th debentures issue, for a total amount of R$ 500 million. The lead coordinator of the offering was Banco BTG Pactual S.A., with Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. also acting as coordinators and advised by Lefosse Advogados.
Reflecting the good moment that the company is going through, demonstrated by the results of the 3rd quarter, this last debenture issue presented a great demand from investors, which caused the final remuneration, determined according to the bookbuilding procedure, to reduce the spread from 2.10% per year to 1.90% per year.
According to the deed of issue available at the CVM site, the net funds obtained by the Company will be fully used in the ordinary management of its business, as well as in the maintenance of its capital structure.
Unipar Carbocloro S.A. had the internal advisory services of André dos Santos Ferreira (Head of Legal), Cintia Cristina Fontana, Mariana Mazzieiro Mourão, and Ana Claudia Ruiz, and of the law firm wm&t advogados, with partner Beatriz Trovo (pictured left) and senior lawyer Leonardo Portelada.
The coordinators were assisted by Lefosse Advogados, with partner Bruno Massis (pictured right), senior associate Mariana Pollini and associates Isabela Magalhães and Giovanna Furtado.
