Demarest Advogados advised Grupo Procaps on private offering of US$115 million senior notes

Demarest Advogados acted as the Brazilian legal advisor to Grupo Procaps, an international healthcare and pharmaceutical company, supporting its private offering of US$115 million of Senior Notes, secured by the Brazilian subsidiary together with other subsidiaries of the group.

The firm had partners Fabio Braga (pictured left) and Gabriel Ricardo Kuznietz (pictured right) and associates Fausto Muniz Miyazato Teixeira and Luiza Peralta.
