Pinheiro Neto assists Array in acquisition of STI Norland
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Array Tech, Inc., on the acquisition of the entire equity stake of Soluciones Técnicas Integrales Norland
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Array Technologies on the acquisition of Soluciones Técnicas Integrales Norland (which owns the Brazilian entity S.L. STI Norland Brasil Ltda., among other companies in Mexico, Chile, South Africa, Israel, Australia, USA and India).
The transaction is valued at nearly 600 million euros and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
STI Norland, headquartered in Pamplona (Spain), is one of the leaders in the solar market in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, including Brazil.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados had partner Marcos Chaves Ladeira (pictured) and associates Rodolfo F. Schreuders and Raphaela Almeida Morais Varella.
Cuatrecasas also advised Array Technologies and had a team led by Javier Martí-Fluxá, Marcos García , Sara Shackleford and Natalia Tallada, with the support of the teams from the Santiago de Chile and Mexico City offices.
