Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Toyota do Brasil S.A in the 6th issue of green financial notes

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Toyota do Brasil S.A in the 6th issue of green financial notes in the total amount of R$700,000,000.00. The public offering was led by Banco Itaú BBA and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.

The issue contributed to the diversification of the issuer’s funds, besides being a pioneer offering of Green Financial Bills, in line with the Green Bonds Principles (GBP).

Machado Meyer advised Banco Toyota do Brasil S.A. and was led by partner Eduardo Castro (pictured) and lawyers Karina Tiaki Momose, Raquel Aguiar Dias Barcelos Coutinho.
