Machado Meyer and Monteiro Rusu advise on issuance of Agibank financial notes

Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Agibank S.A. on the public offering, pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 8, of 2,500 unsecured, unsubordinated financial securities, in one series, with a total value of R$250,000.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
