Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as SulAmérica’s lawyer in its 9th debenture issue

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as SulAmérica’s lawyer in the context of its 9th issue of debentures, under CVM Rule 476, totaling R$1.5 billion.

The debentures are sustainability-linked, in accordance with the principles for sustainability-linked securities issued by the International Capital Market Association.

The case was led by partner Rodolfo Tella (pictured) and associate Maria Carolina Santos.
