Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Kora Saúde Participações S.A. and its subsidiary Ilha do Boi Participações Ltda. in the direct acquisition of 99. 40% of the shares of Instituto de Neurologia de Goiânia Ltda., a leading hospital in the city of Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil and in the indirect acquisition of the shares held by ING in Centro Goiano de Ortopedia e Traumatologia Ltda. and Angiocardis – Diagnósticos e Terapêutica Ltda.

The transaction value was R$116,900,000.00.

Lefosse Advogados represented Kora Saúde Participações S.A. and had as partners André Calumby (pictured) and associates Jorge Kou, Lucas Queiroz, Bárbara Reis and Vinícius Salvino.
