Carey y Cía has counselled Inversiones Galletué and Blumar on the sale of Frigorífico Pacífico to Emergent Cold
Carey y Cía has advised Inversiones Galletué and Blumar, as sellers, in the process of negotiation and sale of the Chilean company Frigorífico Pacífico to Emergent Cold.
This transaction was closed on 23 November, where Noguera, Larraín & Dulanto Abogados acted as counsel to Emergent Cold.
Frigorífico Pacífico is a Chilean company, leader in frozen storage, with a total capacity of 31,000 pallets, with operations in facilities located in Talcahuano and San Pedro de la Paz, close to Chile’s main ports in the Bio Bio Region.
Emergent Cold is a US investment company, providing frozen fruit processing and storage services, based in Miami and is one of the world’s largest providers of temperature-controlled storage and logistics.
