Lobo de Rizzo advises Sweetmix on its sale to Univar

Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised Sweetmix Group on the sale of its distribution division to Univar Solutions

In order to expand its product distribution business in Brazil, Univar Solutions, one of the largest chemical products distributors in the global market, has acquired the distribution business of Grupo Sweetmix, which operates in the import, export and trade of raw materials and ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Sweetmix remains active in the market, together with its customers, with the activities of industrialization, processing and manufacturing of raw materials, additives, ingredients and final products.

Lobo de Rizzo, led by partner Julia Visconti (pictured), assisted the Sweetmix Group.
