Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to Aço Verde do Brasil S.A., advising the company with the registration as a publicly-held company with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM)

With the registration, the company is now authorized to trade its securities (except shares or convertible securities) and is subject to CVM regulation, which is an important addition to its governance.

Machado Meyer Advogados was headed by partner Gustavo Rugani do Couto e Silva (pictured), with the participation of lawyers Fernanda Marques Ribeiro and Paulo Estevao Henriques Carneiro de Miranda.
