Carey advises Ponsse Oyj on acquisition of FC Ventas

Carey has assisted Finnish manufacturer Ponsse Oyj in the purchase of FC Sales

 Chilean law firm Carey has advised Finnish forestry machinery manufacturer Ponsse Oyj on the acquisition of the forestry machinery business of FC Ventas, its local distributor.

This transaction was closed on 4 November, where Fondia acted as advisor to Ponsse Oyj in Finland.

Carey’s team was led by partner Marcos Ríos (pictured), assisted by associates Julio Recordon, Tomás Varela, Juan Pablo De la Maza, Constanza Trisotti, Javiera Herrera, Francisco León, Daniela León, Tamara Feliú, Cristóbal Flores, Consuelo San Martín and Consuelo Gálvez.
