Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as legal advisors to Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A on some transactions

Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as legal advisors to Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse in the public offering with restricted efforts of placement of the 2nd issue of debentures of 2W Energia S.A., pursuant to CVM 476, in the total amount of R$400 million.

Stocche Forbes also advised Credit Suisse in the structuring of an infrastructure investment fund (FIP-IE), which was distributed with restricted placement efforts pursuant to CVM 476.

FIP-IE subscribed to the majority of the debentures, allowing its shareholders to receive interest on the debenture payments free of income tax. In addition, the firm advised Credit Suisse in the structuring of a multi-strategy investment fund (FIM), which was distributed in accordance with CVM 555.

The proceeds from the debentures will be used by 2W Energia primarily for the construction of the Kairós Wind Complex, but may also be used to finance the capex of the Anemus Wind Complex located in Rio Grande do Norte and/or other new infrastructure investments.
