Madrona Advogados assisted the issuance of cotas of BR Partners PET Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia

Madrona acted as legal advisor in the constitution and first issue of shares of BR Partners PET Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and the public offering of these shares, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, in the amount of R$ 120 million.

The quotas of an investment fund are securities representing rights over the quotas of the invested fund. It is a common form of fundraising that is widely used in the capital market.
