Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as legal advisor of Banco IBBA S.A.; Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Combio Energia S.A

Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as legal advisor of Banco IBBA S.A. in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 61st Issue of Vert Securitizadora, backed by receivables due by Combio Energia S.A.

The distribution of CRA was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476 on the total amount of R$ 150,000,000.00

The transaction was led by partners Marina Fenerich (pictured left) and Roberto Rusu, helped by legal assistant Bernardo Boulhosa.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Combio Energia S.A. with partner Thiago A. D. Themudo Lessa (pictured right) and associates Fabio Moretti Góis, Winnie Tya Tchi Li and legal assistant and Maya Goldfajn.
