Miranda & Amado counsels on the granting of loan in favour of Cementos Pacasmayo
Miranda & Amado has advised Credicorp Capital and Scotiabank Peru in arranging an 860 million soles loan to Cementos Pacasmayo
Peruvian law firm Miranda & Amado has counselled Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A. and Scotiabank del Perú S.A.A., as arrangers of a loan entered into between Scotiabank Perú S.A.A.A. and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as lenders, and Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. as borrowers.
This transaction was closed on 29 November, for a total amount of 860 million soles.
Cementos Pacasmayo, one of the largest cement companies in Peru, is dedicated to the production and marketing of cement, lime, concrete and aggregates for the industrial and mining sectors. It owns eight precast concrete plants, one diatomite brick plant, one lime plant and three aggregates plants. Based in Santiago de Surco, Peru, the company is part of the local Hochschild-Pacasmayo group.
