Briganti Advogados celebrated its 10th Anniversary and makes relevant announcements regarding its expansion strategies, including evolution of its brand, the arrival of partner Marina Meirelles Giannini (pictured left) and the opening of its Paris address, with the return to France of its partner, Rodrigo Loureiro (pictured right).

Marina Meirelles Giannini, presently officially announced as a partner of Briganti Advogados has over 20 years of experience as an attorney specialized in Business Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Restructuring of Companies, Financial and Capital Markets, Corporate Governance and Contracts in general.
She has worked at renowned law offices and led legal departments at domestic and foreign multinational companies from areas such as entertainment, technology, finance and payment means. She holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law, specialization in Business Law, and a bachelor’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and an MBA from the Foundation Institute of Administration (FIA) of the University of São Paulo, and Specialization in M&A from Georgetown University.

Yet another institutional announcement is the international expansion plan. Rodrigo Loureiro, a partner who opened Briganti’s Attorneys-at-Law France Desk in 2021, is the partner in charge for this further internationalization step of Briganti’s Advogados. He will return to France in 2022, where he lived as of 2012, as the partner in charge of the France Desk, dividing his time between the São Paulo and Paris offices. Rodrigo Loureiro is specialized in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Establishment of Companies in Brazil and France, in addition to also excelling in Compliance. He has worked for over 15 years specifically with foreign clients both in Brazil and France.

Since 2015 he is the Co-Chairman of the French-Brazilian Committee of the Paris Board of Lawyers. Thus, Briganti intends to consolidate from Paris a more effective presence in Europe, which aims to strengthen and enlarge the model adopted in Spain, where we have an office already operating for 10 years in the city of Bilbao.

The Briganti’s Advogados new logo, redesigned and announced in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the offices, maintains the tradition of shortening the distance between different nations. More modern, it shows the “B from Briganti” drawn in the form of a sail, bringing together the mission of reaching new horizons and evidencing the tradition and ability to adapt to new conditions that might interfere with the businesses of our clients.
