Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Unimed BH in the acquisition of a stake in Hospital Vila da Serra, controlled by Oncoclinicas

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Unimed BH in the acquisition of a minority stake (15%) in Hospital Vila da Serra, controlled by Oncoclinicas.

The main challenge of the deal was to accommodate the expectations and conditions of the parties, as well as the short deadline expected for the signing and closing of the transaction.

The value was not disclosed.
