TRSYM represents Alicorp in sale of subsidiaries

Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani has assisted Alicorp in the sale of a 100% stake in its four Argentine subsidiaries

 Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani has represented Alicorp S.A.A. in the sale of 100% of the shares of its Argentine subsidiaries, four companies, together with all its operations in the country, including its three most recognised plants, brands and products.

The acquisition was made by a group of local businessmen, who were advised by González, Ferraro Mila, Casir, Di Iorio and Melhem.

Alicorp is a Peruvian consumer goods company with operations in several countries in the Americas, is part of the Romero Group and is listed on the Lima Stock Exchange. The company is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of mass consumer products for personal care, home care and food.

González, Ferraro Mila, Casir, Di Iorio y Melhem’s team consisted of partners Mariano P. González and Pablo A. Melhem, together with associates Francisco Levis, Valeria C. Martina, and Juan I. Ruiz.
