Cepeda Advogados announced Érico Pilatti, Marinis Pigossi and Priscila Monteiro Cunha as new partners
Cepeda Advogados, a firm focused on Investment Funds, Asset Management and Private Equity, announced the appointment of Érico Pilatti (pictured left), Marinis Pigossi (pictured center) and Priscila Monteiro Cunha (pictured right) as new partners.
The three professionals rise to partner levels after serving as senior lawyers at the firm.
Érico Pilatti is a partner with expertise in Tax, Asset Management, Investment Funds, Private Equity and Estate and Succession Planning. He holds LLM degrees in Tax Law and in Financial and Capital Markets from Insper. He built his career in the Brazilian stock market, currently called B3. He is a professor at Insper and at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT).
Marinis Pigossi is a partner active in the areas of Asset Management, Investment Funds and Private Equity. She has an LLM from Kings College London in Tax Law, with focus on international taxation, transfer pricing, estate and succession planning, and business. She developed her career in a traditional asset management company in the Brazilian market and also worked in renowned law firms.
Priscila Monteiro Cunha is a partner active in the areas of Asset Management, Investment Funds and Private Equity. She has a LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper and experience in Compliance projects due to previous work in one of the largest financial institutions in Brazil.
