Schneider, Pugliese strengthens team with new partners
Schneider, Pugliese, Sztokfisz, Figueiredo e Carvalho Advogados has reinforced its team with the arrival of new partners Renata Bardella and Guilherme Yamahaki
Schneider, Pugliese has announced that Renata Amarante Bardella (pictured left), from the Indirect Taxes and Customs area, and Guilherme Yamahaki (pictured right), from the Litigation area, have joined the firm. The new partners will be based in the São Paulo headquarters.
Renata Amarante Bardella graduated in Law from PUC-SP and has more than 15 years of experience in the area. Besides being a Master’s student in Tax Law at FGV Direito SP, she is also a specialist in the area from the same institution. In addition, she has extension and improvement courses at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) and Aduaneiras.
Regarding her professional background, Bardella has worked in consulting firms, multinational companies, and law offices in São Paulo. At Schneider, Pugliese, Renata, who was already responsible for the indirect and customs consultancy, joins the firm’s corporate body.
Guilherme Yamahaki, a lawyer who has been practicing for more than ten years in the Tax Law area, with emphasis on Judicial Litigation, holds a Law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Yamahaki also holds two post-graduate degrees, one in Tax Law and another in Business Administration, both from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. At Schneider, Pugliese, since 2018, Yamahaki is currently responsible for the Judicial Litigation team.
