Cuatrecasas counsels Hokchi Energy on $61m loan agreement
Cuatrecasas has assisted Hokchi Energy in a $61.5 million loan agreement with EXIM Bank
Cuatrecasas, acting through its Mexico City office, has counselled Hokchi Energy, S.A. de C.V. in the execution of a credit agreement with the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) for up to $61,593,459 US dollars. In this transaction, Clifford acted as legal counsel to EXIM Bank.
The credit agreement is guaranteed by the Spanish company Pan American Energy, S.L. and will allow the borrower to acquire certain assets and contract certain services.
