Madrona promotes three new partners starting in January

Madrona Advogados promotes lawyers Felipe Medaglia, José Senedesi Neto and Luis Bellini to partners

Madrona Advogados announced the promotion of three lawyers to partners: Felipe Medaglia (pictured left), José Senedesi Neto (pictured center) and Luis Bellini (pictured right). The new partners assume the position as of January 1, 2022.

The move is part of the firm’s sustainable expansion strategy, reinforcing the guarantee of full service in several areas of Business Law.

Felipe Medaglia practices in the areas of Tax Consulting and Administrative Litigation. Medaglia holds a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mackenzie. He has been with Madrona Advogados since 2019.

José Senedesi Neto practices in the area of M&A, Corporate Reorganizations and Corporate issues in general. The lawyer has an L.L.M from the University of California, Berkeley and graduated in law from Londrina State University. Senedesi has served as a lawyer in the largest mergers and acquisitions that have occurred in Brazil in recent times. He has been at Madrona Advogados since 2017.

Luis Bellini works in the Finance and Capital Markets area, with a focus on the development of the agribusiness sector. Bellini holds a post-graduate degree in Financial and Capital Markets from Insper and a law degree from Universidade Católica de Santos. He has been at Madrona Advogados since 2017.
