Carey has advised Mitsui & Co. on the acquisition of Inversiones Tajamar’s 11% stake in Inversiones Mitta
Chilean law firm Carey has assisted Mitsui & Co. in negotiating the documents and notifying the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (FNE) of the acquisition of Sociedad de Inversiones Tajamar’s 11% stake in Inversiones Mitta, granting Mitsui individual control over Mitta.
