BVZ Advogados has unprecedented marks in 2021
Bastos Bari Vilela Zugman Advogados reached the mark of R$6 billion in estate planning and R$1 billion in corporate disputes
The young boutique BVZ Advogados ends 2021 with unprecedented marks in its 3 and a half years of life. The firm reached the amount of R$ 6 billion in estate planning, R$ 1 billion in litigation, both in court and in arbitration, R$ 700 million in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and R$ 600 million in capital market operations.
“Our numbers for 2021 show that we have managed to consolidate our position as a highly specialized boutique, handling our clients’ most complex and strategic cases, both in litigation and advisory,” explains BVZ Advogados partner Ivo Bari (pictured).
Inaugurated in 2018 by young founders, who are now between 30 and 35 years old, BVZ Advogados is positioned as an alternative to large law firms, providing its clients with the direct participation of the partners in all cases, the development and execution of tailor-made strategies, and the academic contribution to practice discussions, coming from the Professor positions that its four partners hold in institutions such as Insper, FGV and Ibmec.
