NPadv announces two new partners
Nabarro & Pfeferman Advogados announced Luiza Martinez and Matheus Barroso as new partners
Nabarro & Pfeferman Advogados invited Luiza Martinez (pictured left) and Matheus Barroso (pictured right) to be new partners. Both accepted the challenge and will be NPadv partners starting in 2022!
Luiza Martinez has a law degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is majoring in accounting sciences from FIPECAFI. She has worked on dozens of M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions in the innovation ecosystem. His experience includes strategic transactions, investment fund formation, and investment fundraising.
Matheus Barroso has a law degree from the University of São Paulo and has worked on dozens of M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions in the innovation ecosystem and other sectors. His experience includes cross-border transactions, complex corporate restructurings, and structuring of long-term incentive programs, especially partnerships.
