PAGBAM appoints new partners and counselor

Nicole Jaureguiberry and Tomás Pérez Alati join the firm as partners, and Diego H. Frost as a counselor

 Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has appointed Nicole Jaureguiberry and Tomás Pérez Alati as new partners and Diego H. Frost as new counselor.

The firm’s executive committee, comprising Guillermo E. Quiñoa, P. Eugenio Aramburu and Luis D. Nicole Jaureguiberry (pictured left) is a Public Law oriented lawyer with experience in Administrative, Regulatory, and Constitutional Law, and complex public law litigation cases. Moreover, in PAGBAM she leads the areas of Public Law: Administrative Law, Regulatory Laws & Utilities, and Conservation of Natural Resources. Nicole has a broad expertise in government procurement, infrastructure projects, environmental law, and regulated industries. She indistinctly represents clients from the private and public sector.

Tomás Pérez Alati (pictured centre) focuses primarily on Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance and Business Law. He has represented clients in many M&A, project finance and equity investment transactions, in the banking, finance, oil & gas, and mining industries. His practice also includes the drafting and negotiation of commercial and financial agreements, corporate documents, legal opinions and memorandums. Tomás has led, conducted and supervised acquisitions of a large number of companies doing business in Argentina as well as in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.

Diego H. Frost (pictured right) is a dispute resolution lawyer and part of PAGBAM´s Litigation team, where he leads professionals involved in complex matters. Diego is an expert litigator who is in charge of cases that involve class actions, complex conflicts of Corporate Law, Antitrust, among others.

With these appointments, the firm is now made up of 28 partners, 15 advisors and more than 100 lawyers.
