Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados acted as Brazilian legal counsel to Clubbi

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Brazilian seed company Clubbi in its $4.5 million investment round, co-led by Valor Capital Group, ONEVC, and Better Tomorrow Ventures, Latitud and Canary.

Clubbi is an integrated Brazilian marketplace for suppliers to reach and sell products to retailers. While suppliers still rely primarily on door-to-door sales in Brazil, Clubbi saw an opportunity to transform an analog channel with a digital distribution tool that is revolutionizing the market.

The firm’s partners were Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured) and Vivian Tito Rugge, also associates Giuliana Primati and Victoria Auada.
