Pinheiro Neto advises GP on investment round in Solar

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised investors GP Investimentos Ltda (Spice Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia), and Scale-Up Ventures Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia

GP Investimentos led an investment round in Recife-based solar fintech Insole. The deal involves the subscription of convertible debentures by GP and other investors that will, subject to certain conditions, convert into shares of Insole, with GP becoming a significant shareholder. The investment round is planned to reach a level of BRL 60 million.
