Cescon Barrieu and Mattos Filho act in due diligence transaction
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the shareholders of UPI Norte; Mattos Filho Advogados advised Uralkali
Uralkali has acquired 100% (one hundred percent) of the shares issued by UPI Norte, which holds 50% of FertGrow S.A., a leading company in the distribution of agricultural fertilizers in the Brazilian market.
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the shareholders of Industrial and Chemical UPI Norte Investimentos S.A., in the sale by Keytrade AG, a world leader in the fertilizer business, and other minority shareholders (Bulkfertz, Fiagril, Fitco International, Fortesolo, Harbor Operadora Portuária, Master Operações Portuárias, Midgulf International, Security Vigilancia e Segurança, and Sinagro Produtos Agropecuários).
