Dias Carneiro Advogados assisted IDB Invest in new tranche to Banco Daycoval

IDB Invest, a member of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, provided on December 2021, an additional B loan financing of USD 300 million to Banco Daycoval S.A. in Brazil, with a tenor of one year.

This new tranche relates to the financing originally disbursed in 2019 in the total amount of USD 430 million with a tenor of four years allowing Daycoval to expand its credit portfolio focused on female entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), mainly from underserved areas of Brazil. The deal includes advisory services from IDB Invest to increase gender equality and diversity inclusion, both within Daycoval and also in its supply chain.
