Stocche Forbes and Lefosse act in VTRM debentures issue
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised VTRM Energia Participações S.A.; Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Bradesco BBI S.A
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised VTRM Energia Participações S.A. on its 1st issue of simple non-convertible debentures, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts, in the total amount of R$ 300 million, in accordance with CVM rule 476.
The total net proceeds raised by the company through the issue will be used for the ordinary management of the company’s business and to reinforce its working capital, among other corporate proposals.
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. with a team formed by partner Ricardo Prado (pictured left), senior associate Mariana Pollini, associates Isabela Magalhães, and legal assistant July Araujo.
