Machado Meyer advises Oleoplan on debentures issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised the issuer Oleoplan S.A. – Óleos Vegetais Planalto and underwriter Caixa Econômica Federal

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal advisor to Oleoplan S.A. – Óleos Vegetais Planalto (issuer) and Caixa Econômica Federal (underwriter) in relation to the 2nd issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured with additional personal guarantees, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, in the total amount of R$ 250 million.

The issue was guaranteed by sureties granted by Oleoplan Nordeste, Origem Participações Ltda., IMGC Administração de Participações Ltda. and Mr. Irineu Boff.
