NHG advises HSBC on financing for real estate developers
Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has counselled HSBC Mexico in the refinancing of Inmobiliaria Helmer and Inmobiliaria Nuevo Leon for 300 million pesos
Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has advised HSBC Mexico, Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero HSBC as lender, in a secured financing of MXN$300,000,000 to Inmobiliaria Helmer, and Inmobiliaria Nuevo Leon, which was primarily to repay existing debt.
The financing was secured by a guaranty trust agreement to which the “Corporativo Century Plaza” office building in Mexico City and the rents from the lease agreements were transferred.
