PAGBAM counsels on Rizobacter’s $80m issuance of Notes

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has advised Zuma Advisors S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander Río S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A., AR Partners S.A., Cohen S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Futuros del Sur S.A., Rosario Valores S.A. and Galicia Securities S.A., as underwriters in the issuance of Series VII Class B senior unsecured notes of Rizobacter Argentina S.A., under its Global Program for the issuance of senior unsecured notes for a par value of up to $80 million US dollars (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The Notes were issued on 28 December 2021 in one class for a nominal amount of $20 million US dollars, to be denominated in pesos, payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed interest rate of 1.49% nominal per annum, maturing on 28 December 2024.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (Open Electronic Market).
Rizobacter was advised by Nicholson y Cano Abogados.
