NHG represents Totalplay on debt and issuance programme

Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has assisted Totalplay Telecomunicaciones on its first debt programme as issuer for 5 million pesos

 Nader, Hayaux & Goebel has represented Totalplay Telecomunicaciones, in the creation and registration with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores of its first debt programme in the capital markets as an issuer for up to MXN $5,000 million and is making its first short-term issuance for MXN $1,000 million under such programme.

Totalplay is a telecommunications company headquartered in Mexico City, offering services such as subscription television, Internet, home fixed telephony, through fibre optics.
