PPU represents Scotiabank in financing for Friopacífico acquisition
PPU Chile has advised Scotiabank on a financing in favour of Emergent Cold for the acquisition of Frigorífico Pacífico
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented Scotiabank Chile, as lender, in the financing of the acquisition of Frigorífico Pacífico SpA (Friopacífico) by Emergent Cold.
This transaction was closed on 23 November, with NLD Abogados acting as counsel to the borrower. In addition, Carey advised the sellers.
Friopacífico owns industrial facilities for the storage of perishable goods under specific and controlled conditions of temperature and humidity, located in Talcahuano, Chile.
Joanna Weinstein acted as in-house lawyer for Scotiabank Chile.
