Ferrere represents Insigneo in Citi Group acquisitions

Ferrere Uruguay has advised Insigneo on the acquisition of 100% of Citi Asesores de Inversión Uruguay and Citi International Financial Services Puerto Rico

 Ferrere has represented Insigneo, a financial services firm, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Citi Asesores de Inversión Uruguay S.A., in the context of a transaction that also involved the purchase of Citi International Financial Services of Puerto Rico.

Both companies are part of the Citi Group’s International Personal Banking business, which offers wealth management services to high-net-worth clients in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Ferrere’s team was led by partners Geraldine Ifrán (pictured left) and Diego Rodríguez (pictured right), with support from associates Federico Lemos Lorenzo, Walter Planells, Cecilia Trujillo and Alejandra Añón.
