Pinheiro Neto advises on CRA issue by Eco Securitizadora

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the CRA issue by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (“CRAs”), pursuant to CVM 600, backed by diversified agribusiness credit rights owed by CRIALT – Comércio e Representações de Insumos.

The CRAs were distributed in three tranches, with the first and second distributed in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and the third distributed privately.
