Barbosa Müssnich Aragão advised Sinqia Tecnologia; Lefosse Advogados advised Lote45 Participações S.A.
Barbosa Müssnich Aragão advised Sinqia Tecnologia, a subsidiary of Sinqia S.A., in the acquisition of 52% of the share capital of Lote45 Participações S.A., with a call and put option for Sinqia Tecnologia to acquire the remaining equity interest in the share capital of Lote45 by April 30, 2027.
