Franco Leutewiler Henriques’ M&A team assisted Barentz International, a leading global distributor of life science ingredients, in the acquisition of Grasse Aromas & Ingredientes, a Brazilian player with a strong presence in the flavor and ingredients sector.

The acquisition was made through the traditional local subsidiary Tovani Benzaquen and represents the consistent expansion of the group’s activities throughout Brazil.

The value of the transaction is confidential.
