Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the CRA issue by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio S.A.

The issue was pursuant to CVM 600, dated August 1, 2018, as amended, backed by diversified agribusiness credit rights owed by Cultura Agronegócios Ltda.

The CRAs were distributed in three tranches, with the first and second distributed in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and the third distributed privately.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados had partner Tiago A. D. Themudo Lessa (pictured) and associates Fábio Moretti de Góis and Elena Carvalho Carrasco.
