Dias Carneiro advises Softplan on becoming the sole shareholder of SAJ ADV

SAJ ADV was once part of the Softplan group, and this transaction consisted in the acquisition of the remaining part of SAJ ADV’s capital stock, by which Softplan became its sole shareholder.

Dias Carneiro Advogados was a consultant to Softplan and included partner Artur Fernandes Andrezo (pictured) and associate Débora Trovões Cabral.
