Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Althaia S.A. Indústria Farmacêutica on its 1st debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto acted as legal counsel to Althaia S.A. Indústria Farmacêutica in its 1st issue of 150,000 debentures totaling R$ 150 million.

The offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476. XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. acted as the lead underwriter in this issue and was represented by Trench Rossi Watanabe Advogados.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Althaia S.A. Indústria Farmacêutica and included the partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured); associates Marcello Mammocci Pompilio, Francisca Pereira and legal assistant Gabriela Kaneshiro Pereira.

Trench Rossi Watanabe Advogados assisted XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. (lead underwriter).
