Machado Meyer Advogados advised Aptiv Technologies Limited that acquired a non-controlling minority stake in TTTech Auto by subscribing for new shares through a capital increase.

Machado Meyer Advogados was led by partners Maria Eugenia Novis (pictured). Partner Thalita De Carvalho Novo and lawyer Ivan Vinicius Nunes Fernandes were also involved.

The law firm Clifford Chance acted in partnership with Machado Meyer.
