Bronstein Zilberberg assists Tiba in raising funds

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Tiba in raising R$23 million to serve small and medium businesses

Tiba, a startup that aims to offer a complete management software for small and medium companies, with the differential of being primarily mobile, has raised R$23 million in seed capital from managers Canary and Global Founders Capital (GFC).

Leandro Moura and Ramires Paiva founders of Tiba, which was registered at the end of 2021, intend to use the funds raised from the startup to offer mobile management software for small and medium businesses.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Tiba and included partner Guilherme Potenza (pictured), associates Amanda Iranaga and Lucas Noleto.
