Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Fresnomaq (WAP); Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the investors

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Fresnomaq Indústria de Máquinas S.A. (WAP), a company that offers home appliances and solutions for cleaning and maintenance, raised R$150 million in a private placement led by Pipo Capital and Quartz that also had participation from Echo Capital.

Stocche Forbes Advogados had partner Bruno Bercito (pictured left) and associates Marcel Yukio Hashimoto and Laura Ibañez.

Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados advised the investors and relied on partners Cristina Bueno (pictured right), associates Stephanie Manzi Lopes Schiavinato and Pedro Moura de Almeida, trainee Thais Nascimento.
