Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Healthcare Opportuities S.A., a subsidiary of Patria Investments, in the acquisition of JR Atacadista de Produtos de Higiene Ltda. and its wholly owned subsidiary, respectively located in the states of Piauí and Maranhão.

The firm had partners Emilio Pescarmona Gallucci (pictured left) and Igor Marcell Ramos Finzi (pictured right) and associates Stefani Frizzo, Isabella Silva e Oliveira, and Pedro Rocha de Cunto.

FF Advogados advised the other party, with partner Elisa Figueiredo.
